About piMark

Built by a company that had the same problem.

piMark comes from peopleHum, an HR-software company. We built the six-agent team to run our own marketing first — and kept building once it worked.

Where piMark came from

peopleHum builds HR software — hiring, performance, engagement, the systems a people team runs a company on. Like every software company, we also had to run marketing: an employer brand to build, product content to write, a treadmill of channels that never stopped asking for more, and a marketing team too small to keep up with all of it by hand.

We didn't set out to build a marketing platform. We set out to fix our own bottleneck — a small team drowning in the busywork between "we should post about this" and it actually being on-brand, reviewed and live. The six-agent structure — Boss, Analyst, Hustler, Writer, Wildcard, Observer — grew out of watching how our own marketers actually split the work when they had enough hands to do it properly. piMark is that division of labor, running continuously, with agents instead of a headcount line we didn't have.

We run our own marketing on it

This is not a claim we can prove to you with a leaderboard of metrics, and we won't fabricate one. What we can tell you honestly: peopleHum's own marketing motion runs on piMark today, in the same private preview most of our early customers are in. We feel the same rough edges we ask early customers to tell us about — the channels still rolling out, the guardrails we're still tuning. Dogfooding it ourselves is how we decide what ships next, not a marketing line.

We are pre-launch. piMark has no paying customers yet, and this site will never show you a fabricated logo, testimonial or result to suggest otherwise. What you see here is what's actually built, labeled honestly as live or roadmap.

What we believe

Three things guide how we build piMark, in order:

  • Autonomy without accountability is not a feature. Every capability we ship earns its place in the product only if it can be governed, audited and switched off.
  • Honesty compounds; hype doesn't. We'd rather tell you a feature is on the roadmap than let you discover it's not built. That's true in the product and true on this website.
  • The human stays in command. piMark's job is to remove busywork, not judgment. Strategy, taste and relationships stay with your people — always.

Where we are today

piMark is in private preview. We're onboarding early-access teams in small batches, watching closely, and shipping fast on what we learn. If that sounds like the stage you want to build alongside, we'd like to talk to you.

How we work

A small team, built the way piMark is built.

We're a lean team inside peopleHum, and we run the way we ask our platform to run: governed, honest about the edges, and focused on the loop that actually matters.

Governed by default

Nothing we ship — inside piMark or on this site — skips the review step. Confidence comes from checking, not from assuming it's fine.

Dogfood first

If a capability isn't good enough for our own marketing motion, it isn't good enough to ship to yours.

Backed by peopleHum

We build on an HR-software company's discipline around trust, data handling and enterprise readiness — not a green-field startup guessing at it.

Miko, the piMark blue jay

Miko here. I watch the same calendar our own marketing team watches — because piMark runs peopleHum's marketing too. If a rough edge is going to annoy an early customer, it annoys us first.
