Campaign automation

The automation runs. The agents feed it.

Email, journeys, forms, landing pages, contacts, segments and ABM — a full marketing-automation suite built into piMark. You design the rules; Writer and Hustler keep every step supplied with fresh, on-brand content.

What's inside

One automation layer, not five subscriptions.

The parts of a marketing-automation platform you actually use, built natively — no export, no sync job, no second login.

Email & journeys

Trigger-based journeys with branches, delays and conditions — welcome flows, nurture tracks, win-back sequences, run on autopilot.

Forms

Embeddable, on-brand forms that capture leads straight into your contact database — no separate form builder to maintain.

Landing pages

Build and publish campaign landing pages with the same brand system the agents already write to — no separate design pass.

Contacts & segments

One contact record across every channel, with dynamic segments that update as behaviour changes — no stale lists.

ABM

Build target-account lists and run coordinated journeys and content aimed at the accounts that matter most.

Governed by default

Every automated send still respects your approval mode and guardrails — automation does not mean unreviewed.

How it fits together

The rules are yours. The supply never runs out.

You design the journey — the triggers, the branches, the timing. The agents make sure every step actually has something good to send, instead of a generic template running on repeat.

  • Writer supplies on-brand copy for every step in a journey, not a one-size email.
  • Hustler matches cadence to segment behaviour, so sends do not go stale.
  • Boss keeps the whole automation calendar reconciled with the content calendar.

Said plainly

Social publishing is honest about where it stands.

Email, journeys, forms and landing pages run fully today — nothing about them depends on a third party. Direct, one-click publishing to each social platform is a different story: it depends on you connecting an account via OAuth, and we are rolling that out channel by channel.

Until a channel's direct publish is live for you, piMark still drafts, schedules and hands you the approved post ready to post — you are never blocked, just not fully hands-off on that one channel yet. The product tells you exactly which state you are in; we do not claim a channel is connected when it is not.

Straight answers

Questions about campaign automation.

For most teams, yes. Email, journeys, forms, landing pages, contacts and segments run natively in piMark — no separate ESP or marketing-automation subscription required.
Direct one-click publishing depends on connecting your account for each platform via OAuth, and that capability is rolling out per channel. It is not universal today, and the product shows you plainly which channels are connected versus scheduled for hand-off. Email, journeys, forms and landing pages are not OAuth-dependent and run fully today.
Writer and Hustler produce the content and variants; Boss slots them into the journeys and campaigns you have built. The automation logic — triggers, branches, sends — is rules you set; the agents keep it fed with fresh, on-brand material.
Yes. Build target-account lists and segments, then run coordinated journeys and content across email and owned channels aimed at those accounts specifically.
