Privacy policy

Last updated: August 2026

Overview

This policy explains what information piMark ("piMark", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website or use the piMark product, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to pimark.pages.dev and the piMark application.

piMark is currently in private preview. This policy will evolve as the product does — we'll update the date above whenever it changes and won't make material changes without giving notice to active users.

Information we collect

From the website

  • Contact and demo-request information you submit through forms — name, work email, company, team size, country and any message you include.
  • Usage and device information collected automatically — pages visited, referring URL, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction events (like button clicks) via analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described below.

From the product

  • Account information — name, work email, company, role and authentication details for you and your teammates.
  • Workspace content — the brand assets, briefs, drafts, guardrails, calendars and content history you create or upload so the six agents can do their work.
  • Connected-channel data — metadata and, where you connect an account via OAuth, the scoped access needed to schedule and publish on your behalf, plus performance data returned by those channels.
  • Usage and operational data — feature usage, agent activity, approval decisions and system logs, used to operate, secure and improve the product.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to run this site and understand how it's used:

  • Essential cookies — required for basic site functionality (like remembering your theme preference).
  • Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to understand aggregate traffic and site usage. GA4 may set cookies that persist across visits; see Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking analytics cookies won't affect your ability to use the site.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve the piMark website and product.
  • To run your workspace — drafting, governing, scheduling and analyzing content on your behalf, and giving you visibility into what the agents did and why.
  • To respond to demo requests, support questions and other communications you send us.
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns so we can prioritize what to build next.
  • To detect, investigate and prevent security incidents, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your workspace content or brand data to train shared or third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in. If that default ever changes, we will communicate it clearly and make it an active choice, not a silent one.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers who help us run piMark — for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics) and the LLM providers that power agent drafting — under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing the service.
  • Channels you connect — when you authorize a social, email or CMS integration, the relevant content is sent to that platform to publish or schedule on your behalf, governed by that platform's own terms.
  • Legal and safety reasons — if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of piMark, our users or others.
  • Business transfers — if piMark is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy's protections.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Demo-request and contact-form data is retained while we're following up and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Workspace content is retained for the life of your account; when you delete your account or specific content, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, and from backups on our normal backup-rotation schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@pimark.com — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and verify your identity before acting on the request.

If you're in the European Economic Area or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International transfers

piMark's infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect information transferred internationally.

Children's privacy

piMark is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as piMark's product and practices evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes affecting active accounts, we'll provide additional notice such as an email or in-product message.
