Help build the autonomous marketing team.
piMark is a small, early team building six AI agents that run marketing end to end. We're not a 200-person company pretending to be scrappy — we're actually four walls and a Slack, and the roles below are genuinely open.
Small team, real problem, no busywork tolerated
You'll ship things that matter
At this size, there's no queue to sit in. What you build this week is what a real early-access team uses next week. Decisions are made by the people doing the work, not a committee.
AI-native, not AI-bolted-on
We use AI tools to build piMark itself, not just to power the product. If you want to work at the edge of what agentic systems can reliably do in production, this is that edge.
Honesty is the culture, not a value on a wall
This whole site refuses to fake customers, metrics or certifications we don't have. That discipline runs inward too — we'd rather tell you the hard parts of this job than sell you a fantasy.
What it's actually like day to day
Small enough to skip the process theater
No sprint ceremonies for their own sake. We talk, we build, we ship, we look at what happened and adjust. Meetings exist when they save time, not by default.
You'll touch more of the stack than usual
Early-team roles are wide by necessity. An engineer here will talk to early-access users; a designer here will read agent logs. That's the tradeoff for the ownership you get.
Remote-first, async by default
We write things down so the team can work across time zones without waiting on each other. Real-time conversations happen when they genuinely need to.
Equity that reflects early-stage risk, honestly discussed
We'll talk through compensation, equity and stage risk directly and specifically for your situation — not in vague, aspirational terms.

Founding engineer early team
Full-stack, comfortable owning a feature from idea to production. You'll work directly on the agent orchestration layer, governance system, or the marketing-automation suite depending on where the team needs you most.
Email us about this role →Product designer early team
Design for a product where six AI agents are legible, trustworthy and controllable at a glance. You'll shape how governance, approvals and agent activity are shown to people who need to trust what they're seeing.
Email us about this role →Applied AI engineer early team
Own the reliability of the agents themselves — prompting, evaluation, guardrail enforcement, and the Foresight and Discover models. You care about AI systems that behave predictably under real governance constraints, not demos.
Email us about this role →Growth early team
Run piMark's own marketing motion, on piMark — the sharpest way to find what's rough in the product. You'll own our GTM experiments and feed what you learn straight back into the roadmap.
Email us about this role →Don't see your role listed? We're a small team and our needs shift fast. If you think you'd be useful and can say specifically why, email us — we read every message ourselves.
